Daniel Radcliffe & Zoe Kazan Up For 'The F Word'

Harry Potter Finds New Love

If only Daniel Radcliffe's character in the new romantic comedy "The F Word" had some Ashwinder eggs, rose thorns, peppermint and Moonstone at his disposal; then he'd get the platonic girl friend that he's become infatuated with (played by Zoe Kazan) to fall in love with him so much easier.

Radcliffe, your erstwhile Harry Potter, makes his the first foray into the world of romcoms with "The F Word," which was just announced as his new project by Variety. The young star has accumulated a diverse resume of roles since "Harry Potter" ended. In addition to his well-received turn in the Broadway musical "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," Radcliffe appeared in the horror thriller "The Woman in Black." He's also playing Allen Ginsburg in "Kill Your Darlings."

As for Radcliffe's co-star, Kazan is having a bit of a moment herself. The actress plays the title character in "Ruby Sparks" (out on July 25), an indie film from "Little Miss Sunshine" directors Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris that Kazan also wrote. For more on the project, including who will direct, head over to Variety. "The F Word" should begin shooting later this summer.
