Darren Wilson Was 'Cold' Says St. Louis Alderman

Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson seemed "remorseless" and "cold" in his grand jury testimony about killing 18-year-old Michael Brown, St. Louis Alderman Antonio French said Sunday.
