Dartmouth Student Christopher Kipouras Booked For Urinating On Woman

Frat Brother Allegedly Urinated On Woman From Balcony

Christopher Kipouras, a 19-year-old Dartmouth College student, allegedly peed on a woman from a second-story fraternity balcony, the Associated Press reports.

On July 6, a woman working with a film crew at the fraternity Alpha Delta lodged a complaint with police that a man had urinated on her from a balcony the previous day. A warrant for Kipouras' arrest was eventually issued on July 25, and Kipouras turned himself in to police last week.

Kipouras was released and will be arraigned in court on Sept. 9, the Dartmouth student newspaper reports.

Kipouras is originally from San Ramon, Calif., and a current Dartmouth tennis player.

The Alpha Delta fraternity served in part as the inspiration for the 1978 National Lampoon film "Animal House."
