For those of you who need your David Cross fix while waiting for "Arrested Development" to come back, "Comedy Bang! Bang!" brings him in for a special guest appearance.
If Peter Jackson directed Mario Batali, it would probably look a lot like David Cross' cooking show. Except without the distracting special effects.
Cross plays Chef Bellini Pastafangu (catchphrase: "Move that rumble from your stomach to your butt!"), and with the help of "CBB" host Scott Aukerman, who worked with Cross on "Mr. Show," whips up a plate of spicy paella. Except we don't actually see the dish. It'll be added in post-production, maybe.
