David Keene CPAC: NRA President Speaks At Conservative Conference

David Keene, president of the National Rifle Association, addressed the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday.

Keene spoke on the last day of the conference, which is in its 40th year and takes place at National Harbor near Washington, D.C.
