Death Star Architect Wants You To Lay Off About The Exhaust Ports

"It housed a laser that blew up planets -- it needs a lot of ventilation!"

Here on Force Friday, it's time to settle an age-old "Star Wars" debate -- and it's not who shot first or the best way to kill Jar Jar.

It's who the heck put exhaust ports in the Death Star that could be used to blow the whole thing up.

Meet Dak Exhaustport, the Death Star architect behind an open letter posted on Dorkly last year defending his exhaust port design.

"Do you understand the point of exhaust ports? Do you know how much exhaust is created by a moon-sized battle station?" he says in a new video based on that letter. "It housed a laser that blew up planets -- it needs a lot of ventilation!"

Dak makes a pretty strong case... even if he doesn't seem to understand the difference between a bomb and a proton torpedo.

Check it out in the clip above from Dorkly, and watch out for those magic space wizards.
