In my 24-plus years of working, whether as an entrepreneur or a corporate executive, I've always believed that attitude, energy and commitment win every time. My parents taught me values through how they conducted their own lives. My father, especially, instilled a strong sense of self-belief and confidence in me. I've learned that success is about being the best you can be at a specific point in time. That means clearly knowing what's important to you and going after it with single-minded focus.
