The Gay 'Agenda' Is Tied To A 'Directly Demonic Energy' And Satan Himself, Bryan Fischer Claims

Satan's 'Unvarnished Energy' Is Responsible For The 'Homosexual Agenda,' Pundit Claims

The American Family Association 's Bryan Fischer argued in defense of Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal's recent prayer rally, claiming that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights advocates and others who opposed it were somehow driven by demonic spirits.

As Right Wing Watch first reported, Fischer blasted the LGBT community over the Jindal news in an installment of his "Focal Point" radio show, claiming that the "homosexual agenda" was tied to a "directly demonic energy."

"They're vicious. They are mean," he said. "You literally are staring into virtually the unvarnished energy of Satan himself when you come up against the forces that are pushing the homosexual agenda forward."

The remarks aren't particularly surprising given Fischer's known opposition to LGBT affairs. Earlier this month, he took aim at President Barack Obama's pledged support of same-sex marriage and other LGBT issues.

"I do not know what goes on inside Barack Obama's heart, but I do know that he is not a sincerely devoted follower of Jesus Christ," he said at the time. "Nobody can support and promote and celebrate homosexual behavior who is a sincerely devoted follower of Christ. It's impossible."

The American Family Association was a sponsor of Jindal's rally, which was held on the campus of Louisiana State University.
