Denise Richards is suing contractors who worked on the air conditioning in her LA Mansion, claiming they not only failed to fix the cooling system, but fully destroyed other areas of her home, in an attempt to rack up charges.

According to TMZ, the actress is suing the workers, claiming they ruined her A/C, botched her home's entire, electrical system, severely damaged her roof, and otherwise demolished the house. Additionally, Richards is accusing the contractors of exceeding their initial budget, charging her over $3 million for repairs that ought to have cost $1.6 million.

Richards is suing for over $1 million in damages, further complaining that her house now heats up to over 90 degrees on hot days, and that there are "sewer gases" in her attic. Ew.
