Dennis Quaid, Michael Chiklis To Star In CBS Drama And More Casting News

Dennis Quaid Is A CBS Cowboy

It's official: Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis are bringing the Western back. According to EW, Chiklis and Quaid will star in CBS's new '60s-set drama about a real-life rodeo cowboy who becomes a sheriff.

Quaid will play Ralph Lamb, a Las Vegas lawman. Chiklis has been cast as Johnny Savino, a mob fixer from Chicago. Look for the characters to clash, naturally.

If the show makes it to series, it will be Quaid's first series regular role. Chiklis is no stranger to TV, having headlined ABC's "No Ordinary Family" and FX's "The Shield" in recent years.
