The Denver Art Museum's architect Daniel Libeskind, known for his ambitious designs for the World Trade Center site, is also the mind behind the Museum Residences. The residences are situated across from the Art Museum and built in the same style.

"For me, Museum Residences is a unique opportunity. I consider the challenge of designing for downtown Denver, one of the most vibrant cities in this country, to be one of the highest honors bestowed upon any architect," Libeskind has said of the project.

The residences start at $340K for a one bedroom unit, and feature Libeskind's chic designs with a common rooftop deck, hard-wood flooring, and Hakati glass mosaic tiles with porcelain.
