Detroit -- Mayor Dave Bing might be hospitalized for a few additional days as he is recovering from surgery to correct a perforated colon, Deputy Mayor Kirk Lewis said Friday.
In a statement Lewis said Bing, 68, is completing an antibiotics regimen and recovering "without complications."
