Did you know that you were given a gift on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015?

What an awesome gift! What did you do with yours? Was it beneficial to your life? Was it the answer you've been praying for? Do you know where it is today?

What is this gift?

First, let me ask you a couple of more questions. Are there things that you would like to do for yourself, if you had the resources? Do you have a "to do" list a mile long? Have you ever said "I wish I had more time"?

That's it! That's the gift you were given! Daylight Saving! Time! Don't leave me now!

I know you thought it was something better than that. But, have you heard the expression "time is money, money is time"? You have been given back an hour of your life to do what you choose.

I want to propose a new thought process around Daylight Saving.

We must first take a look at the farmer to see how he is using his time right now.

Planting season is in the spring. We often hear about seedtime and harvest. What are you suppose to be doing while you wait on your harvest?

Farmers say this is the busiest time of the year for them. They are feeding the plants and managing the weeds. Assuring that they get a great harvest is hard work, but they know it will be worth it very soon.

So back to the gift. Daylight Savings gives us the gift of time. We now have the hour we say we wish we had to exercise. We have the needed hour for meditation.

Time to check things off the "to do" list. Time to clear clutter from our lives.

Time to write that book. Time for spouse or kids. We have more time added to our day and life.

That is 60 extra hours before the year ends. What are we going to do with it?

Most people just sleep it away. It's simply just 60 hours more to sleep. Entrepreneurs like the farmer know that this is no time for laziness! This is our busiest time of the year. We know we need a big harvest, so we are working our butts off while others are sleeping. We are finalizing products we plan to launch in 2016. We are writing final book and curriculum drafts. We are already writing and working on next years goals. We can't start writing goals in January, Oh no baby! January begins are harvest season! We won't just be starting to work out in January, we will be using our harvest money to buy ourselves a new wardrobe for all the weight we've already lost! This is our busiest time. We can't afford a failed crop!

Did you know it takes 30-60 days to develop a new habit? I say 60 because I fall off quite a few times in the first 30 days. As long as I keep working at it, by the end of 60 days, it's not just a habit it's a lifestyle. So if you wait till January to lets say start working out, it will be March before it's a new habit. This is why gyms are packed in January and empty by the end of February.

So here's my coaching advice. I have showed you the big picture, so let's make it practical. Congrats if you are still with me. I know you are serious about getting some awesome results in your life! I'll make it a three-step process. 1) Set your clock back to the time it was before Daylight Saving. I know it sounds crazy! But it takes radical actions to have radical results! 2) Set goals for the next three months. What do you want to get done? What projects do you want to finish up? What habits do you want to develop? What do you want to be doing next year to increase your income? What systems do you need to put in place for that to happen? 3) Use that extra hour to get started on these things. You can either get up one hour earlier in the morning, or use the one extra hour in the evening. It's your choice, just do it!

Your life is going to be radically different if you follow these steps now. While others are sleeping, you will be growing leaps and bounds! I have been using this process the last few days, and I am already seeing results (this blog).

In closing, let me know in the comment section if you are taking the challenge. Tell me what you are going to do with your one hour. God Bless! Thanks for reading and sharing.

P.S. When Daylight Saving is over, just leave your clock the same. Just think how much further along you'll be, because you didn't sleep through your busiest season.
