While we are certainly big fans of going out (as you may surmise from reading our Weekenders), that doesn't mean we don't LOVE the nights we spend in at home, alone, wearing snuggies, reading trash magazines and making Ryan Gosling-centric vision boards. However, just because the night's dress code calls for pj's doesn't mean the menu should call for pb&j's. In fact, we think that these selfish alone nights make for the perfect excuse to indulge in a delicious homemade meal... for one. So, we've enlisted the expertise of our favorite lifestyle expert, Brooke Peterson, in putting together complete, single-serve meals -- a sip, a supper and a sweet -- that are easy for even the most novice of cooks to make. This episode is all about pomegranates -- a Pom Royale cocktail, a Pomegranate Cast Iron Porkchop and a Blueberry & Pomegranate Shortbread Crumble.
