Discover The Reason Behind Yo-Yo Dieting

How your drive to become lean and fit disappears:

Step One: You hit a point of pain. For example your doctor tells you to lose weight or you will die. This pain causes you to take action.

Step Two: You take action, make progress toward eliminating that problem. (Ie you lose 10, 20, 30 or more pounds)

Step Three: After your success your pain lessens and your motivation to continue disappears.

Step Four: You go back to your old habits and patterns and before you know it you put all the weight back on again and then some.

I will get deeper into this in future articles but for now be aware how your drive lessens as you are get closer to your goal and your motivation lessens as your pain decreases.
