In the immediate aftermath of the Haitian disaster, Prune Perromat reported from Radio Soleil d'Haiti, a local radio station in Flatbush, in the heart of Brooklyn where distressed Haitian Americans gathered in the hope of getting some news from home. Ricot Dupuy, the radio station manager, hadn't slept for hours and was frantically trying to air the voices of those for whom this local station was a last resort before despair, a glimpse of hope in this unthinkable nightmare. A Paradoxal production.
