DIY Paint Project Ingeniously Uses Cardboard And Foam To Fake The Look Of Wallpaper (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Get That Wallpaper Look Without Damaging Your Walls

Wallpaper can be a tricky thing. Even though it can really add some oomph to a space, a lot of people shy away from the paper because it's hard to apply and take off. But our friends at A Beautiful Mess know how to create the look of wallpaper with paint.

We were pretty impressed when we saw how amazing the outcome of the project turned out. With just some stamps (created with foam and cardboard), a few colors of paint and a ladder, these bloggers were able to create an incredible accent wall that from afar does look like actual covering.

The best part just might be the fact that it only took two afternoons to complete this project. Perfect weekend DIY? We think so.

Scroll through the photos below to see how amazing this looks, and be sure to head over to A Beautiful Mess for the step-by-step instructions.
