See below a U-curve with feelings. It is obvious that the U-journeys people experience are different and evoke a multitude of feelings. These are my personal experiences.
The most relevant opportunity is on the left-hand side - the STOP-sign. You can push the accelerator and keep driving. I call this option Highway to Hell, or the autopilot of unconsciousness. Of course, sometimes you really know what to do and you really are in a hurry. If that is the case, go ahead.
The other option is to slow down and choose the path of awareness. You will head downwards, and finally reach the Eye of the Needle. Here you will wake up to the questons "Who is my Self?" and "What is my Work?"
What do you see on the other side of the Eye of the Needle? Do you want to discipline or liberate yourself? What happens if you turn the being genuinely myself -button to full volume? Or do you want to skillfully combine discipline and liberation? What kind of self-leadership strategy serves you and our environment best?
