Inside A Domestic Violence Shelter (VIDEO)

Once a victim of domestic violence has the courage and strength to leave her abuser, she might turn to an organization like Laura's House, a domestic violence shelter, agency, and crisis hotline serving women and children. In an effort to raise awareness about the silent epidemic of domestic violence and help those whose lives have been affected by it, Robin McGraw brings Dr. Phil cameras inside Laura's House for a private tour.

“My hope is that because of you and allowing us to be here today, that we’re going to reach a lot of women out there and let them know they’re not alone,” Robin tells Margaret Bayston, Executive Director at Laura’s House.
