British politician Nigel Farage on Thursday joked about allegations that President-elect Donald Trump has sexually assaulted several women, saying he could serve as a “responsible adult” in the room when Trump meets with British Prime Minister Theresa May.

“Don’t touch her, for goodness sake,” Farage said in a radio interview on TalkRadio. “If it comes to it, I could be there as the responsible adult role, to make sure everything’s OK.”

Farage, a leader in the campaign to get the United Kingdom to leave the European Union, openly supported Trump during his presidential campaign and even appeared with him at a rally.

Over a dozen woman have accused Trump of sexual assault. Trump has denied the allegations and has promised to sue all of his accusers. In 2005, he was caught on a hot mic bragging about making unwanted sexual advances and being able to grab women “by the pussy” because he was a celebrity.
