Donald Trump Pastry Will Gross You Out ... Just Like Donald Trump

Twitter commenter asks, "Does it taste extremely bitter, sour, and rotten?"

Does Donald Trump leave a bad taste in your mouth?

Apparently, so does a pastry that bears an incredible resemblance to the Republican presidential candidate.

Matt Cutts

Google engineer Matt Cutts was vacationing in San Sebastian, Spain, on Monday when he passed by a stand and saw a pastry that looked like a deep-fried churro with frosting on top.

Cutts thought the yellow frosting looked like Trump's trademark combover and decided to purchase one for about $2.28.

It wasn't a pleasant experience.

"It looked good, but once I dug into it, it wasn't as tasty as I thought," Cutts lamented to HuffPost.

Although that statement might also reflect how some Republicans feel about Trump, Cutts won't go that far.

"I'm not going to comment about Trump at all," he laughed.

As might be expected, Cutts' photo of the Trump pastry has attracted lots of food for thought on Twitter.

Comments include: "And it looks like a Churro which is even more ironic," "I imagine its sweeter, and has more integrity," and "Does it taste extremely bitter, sour, and rotten?"

This isn't the only food product that seems to resemble a man who turns many people's stomach.

Back in March, Liam O’Hare of Edinburgh, Scotland found a piece of ham that he said looked amazingly like “the Donald.”

He said: “I’m not a fan of Trump’s but I am a fan of toasted sandwiches so rather than preserving it, I ate it straight away.”

Last August, Jan Castellano, of Wildwood, Missouri, opened a tub of Earth Balance Organic Spread only to see the image of Donald Trump looking right back at her.

“This was pretty much before I had coffee, so I was easily amused,” Castellano, 63, told The Huffington Post at the time. “I needed to put on my glasses to make sure it was him.”

Editor’s note: Donald Trump (not pastries that resemble him) regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.
