The English actor said he spotted a homeless man in New Orleans holding a sign asking for $1 in exchange for not voting for the presumptive Republican nominee in November.
Stewart tweeted a photograph on Wednesday night. It's now going viral:
"Made me forget the humidity for a moment. Worth 5 bucks," he posted.
Stewart spotted the man about a week after he also aired his feelings about Trump to Vice.
"Well, of course, we had no idea that Dreadful Trump would be up to these antics that he is up to now," he told the website. "And I call them 'antics' because how could they possibly be taken seriously."
Editor's note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims -- 1.6 billion members of an entire religion -- from entering the U.S.
