There's one view of Donald Trump's we wouldn't mind having for our own: the one from his just-sold New York City penthouse. The Wall Street Journal reports Trump unloaded his $21 million unit in Manhattan’s Trump Park Avenue just last week.
Listing agent Michelle Griffith of Trump International Realty told The Huffington Post that the sale closed Friday. Trump has been the only owner of the 6,192-square-foot Upper East Side unit that first hit the market in September 2013 for around $25 million, Griffith said.
The stunning prewar penthouse has five bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths, white marble floors and marble baths, in addition to a private elevator, 24-hour doorman, concierge and daily maid service. But Griffith said the best feature of this full-floor unit is its "spectacular city views on Park Avenue."
Whatever your thoughts on The Donald, his agent seems to be something of an angel. With every real estate transaction, Griffith puts a child in the developing world through school for one year through Room to Read.
