WASHINGTON ― Donald Trump doesn’t win anymore. The once-great Twitter star is losing his touch, getting outmatched even by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who has fewer than a tenth of the followers.
With Trump tangling every so often with the former Harvard Law School professor he refers to as “Pocahontas,” HuffPost ran a little analysis to see how the two fare against each other on the social network. Trump’s followers, it turns out, are a bit low energy outside the safe space (for them) of the rally arena.
Perhaps it shouldn’t be surprising that Trump isn’t that good at Twitter, considering the fact that he couldn’t even get the handle @DonaldTrump, and instead must rely on the oddly capitalized @realDonaldTrump.
Even a simple RT of a Hillary Clinton tweet ― “No, seriously ― Delete your account” ― topped anything else Trump managed to type out with his lamentably stubby digits. (Trump routinely denies he has small hands, but evidence undermines that claim.)
