Downton Abbey Season 3 Premiere Has Us Longing For Edwardian Style Interiors

It's possible to live as fine as the Crawleys.

We are so excited for the Downton Abbey season 3 premiere tomorrow night, we can hardly contain ourselves. Since Lady Mary and Matthew finally gave into their undying love for each other at the end of the last episode, we just can't stop imagining the majestic wedding on the house's grounds that is sure to come.

And of course that's not the only thing we are looking forward to. The entire Crawley family and the lively cast of staff that keep the stately abbey in all of its glory never disappoint us when it comes to drama. What's going to come of Bates and his lovely housekeeper wife, Anna?

But not only is the soap-opera's storyline so enthralling, the television show's set and interiors are so deliciously rich and beautiful we wish we could step through the screen and sink into the velvet sofas, drink tea from a highly polished cup, choose a book from Lord Grantham's library or roll dough in old Mrs. Patmore's kitchen.

Whether inspired by the greatness of the home's elegant rooms or the wholesomeness of the staff's quarters, the series makes us want to incorporate some Edwardian style furnishings in our own homes. Click through the slideshow of items that will help you get the look and make sure to tune in tomorrow night at 9 PM EST on PBS.
