Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was arrested on assault charges Sunday in East Lansing, Michigan.

Few details about the incident have yet to emerge. But according to court documents, Green, 26, was arrested on Sunday morning at approximately 2:38 a.m. Police told ESPN on Monday afternoon that the arrest stemmed from an altercation between Green and another man at an East Lansing restaurant. No injuries were reported, and the Warriors player was released later that day after posting bond of $200. MLive.com first reported the news of Green’s assault.

Lt. Scott Wrigglesworth, the public information officer for the East Lansing Police Department, wouldn’t refer to Green by name when contacted by The Huffington Post, but said that the NBA player must return to East Lansing within 10 days for his arraignment. At that time, more information will be released.

In a statement, the Warriors said the team was “aware” of the situation, but little else. “At this point, we are collecting information and will have no further comment until we have a better understanding of the situation,” the team said.

Green, a Michigan native who once starred for the Michigan State’s men’s basketball team, was a pivotal member of the Warriors’ 2015 title run and is slated to compete in the 2016 Rio Olympics next month as a member of the U.S. men’s basketball team.

Green was unavailable for comment on Monday morning, per MLive.com. When reached for comment by USA Today Sports’ Sam Amick, USA Basketball Director Jerry Colangelo declined to comment.
