A co-worker testified today that Drew Peterson offered him $25,000 to kill his third wife.
Jeffrey Pachter, 35, said the offer came up in the winter of 2003 when he was riding in a squad car with Peterson, who was a Bolingbrook police officer at the time. They knew each other because Peterson also worked at a cable company and Pachter was a cable technician.
