"We would love more children if God saw fit to give us more," Michelle said during an upcoming episode of the family's TLC reality show "19 Kids & Counting," per a preview clip obtained by TODAY. "I just want to make sure that I am ready to catch a baby if that would happen."

In the episode, the Duggars are seen visiting an OB-GYN to find out whether it'd even be possible for Michelle, 47, to have another baby.

In 2011, Michelle suffered a miscarriage. Their youngest child, daughter Josie, was born three months premature in 2009.

The Duggars, who have 10 sons and nine daughters, have long discussed the possibility of having an even larger family. Michelle told Radar Online in 2010 that though her "mommy years are probably numbered," she'd love to have more children. The couple have also said they'd be open to adoption.

"19 Kids & Counting" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m./8 p.m. Central on TLC.
