Dwyane Wade Plays Dodgeball Against Civilians, No Injuries Reported

"Flash" is back, but in scary dodgeball player form.

No mortal man should ever have to come face-to-face with something like this. On first sight, however, this shot is nothing new to us.

It's Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade -- all six-foot-four, 220 pounds of him -- charging down a basketball court, ball in hand for a pass, ready to rock. Except that ball isn't going to be harmlessly passed. Nope.

It's going to be used to destroy a regular person.

On Monday, Wade was at Stance Socks headquarters participating in a friendly dodgeball game. Although, because the sport of choice was dodgeball, nothing "friendly" came of it. As the 2004 movie of the same name taught us, dodgeball is a destructive game used by athletically superior humans to oppress us regular folk.

Wade is a professional NBA player. The person he nailed is not. You can run from "Flash," but you cannot hide.

We're gonna go ahead and guess that Wade's team won.
