Dylan Hyde, Teen YouTube Cover Artist, Records Emotional Rendition Of Pink's 'Perfect' (WATCH)

YouTube Star Reveals Personal Struggle In Touching Video

Fifteen-year-old YouTube cover artist Dylan Hyde has a great voice, a devoted Internet following, and he's currently recording his debut album -- not to mention that he has a coif to rival the Biebs' (and he's been called "the next Justin Bieber"!).

Things may seem pretty perfect for him from the outside, but the teen is now speaking up about a major obstacle he has faced in pursuing his dream of becoming a singer. In a touching video uploaded to YouTube last month, Dylan reveals that he suffered from a hearing impairment so severe that, as a child, doctors had to remove one of his ears to perform surgery. Although his hearing is still not perfect -- and he is getting more surgery in a few months -- Dylan hasn't let it slow him down. To prove it, he launches into a heartfelt rendition of Pink's "Perfect" at the end of the video.

He tells his fans, "I wanted to share my story because I think it's important for people to know that you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to."
