Baking is usually more daunting than cooking, if you're a kitchen newbie. Thanks to a new recipe from Cooking Light, at least one of the processes just got a whole lot easier ... and more delicious.

Banana bread cookies sound complicated, but these have just two ingredients (yes, really) -- bananas and rolled oats. The two are mashed together, shaped into balls and baked for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

And. That's It.

If you're feeling extra adventurous, the video also provides more advanced versions: One with cinnamon and raisins and another with almond butter and chocolate chips.

Oh, and did we mention they're gluten-free and 40 calories each? It's basically like eating cookie salad.

Take in all the banana-y goodness above.
