With turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy on the mind these days, the sweet stuff often gets overlooked this time of year. Despite all the seasonal savory stunners, however, like gratins and pot pies, now is also a killer time for desserts. You've got your crumbles and crisps, your fall pies and of course your gingerbread. We think fall and winter is a perfectly acceptable time to eat a lot of ice cream too. (It's like drinking hot tea in the summer to cool you down, just the opposite, right?) And we'll take any season as an occasion to eat chocolate.
