Elise Stefanik Defeats Aaron Woolf In Race To Replace Bill Owens In Congress

Democratic Rep. Bill Owens (N.Y.) will be replaced by Republican Elise Stefanik. Stefanik defeated Democrat Aaron Woolf on Tuesday.

Owens represented New York's 21st Congressional District.
