Elizabeth Romero Missing: Family Believes Abducted Girl Could Be Headed For Mexico

Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl, and her family believes she could be headed for Mexico.

Elizabeth Romero was abducted in the town of Kennewick, Washington, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, authorities say. She was last seen getting into a green 2001-2003 Ford Escape with the suspect, Edwardo Fabian Flores Rosales.

The vehicle has a roof rack, custom wheels, and temporary Washington plates, according to NBC Bay Area.

The victim is a Hispanic female. She has brown hair, is five-feet-three-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white top and dark pants, carrying a backpack and a pink purse.

The suspect is a 19-year-old Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is five-feet-nine-inches tall and weighs 225 pounds.
