Elle Macpherson Jeff Soffer Breakup: Model, Businessman Call It Quits

Start brainstorming your wooing plans, Australian gentlemen: super-hottie Elle Macpherson is back on the market.

Macpherson, 47, has called it quits with Jeff Soffer, her real-estate developer boyfriend of two years, the Australian Telegraph reports.

Macpherson and Soffer had been together for two years, but a source told the Daily Mail that the couple eventually shifted priorities:

"They were dating but it was rather on and off," a friend told MoS.

"She used to visit Jeff in Miami but they didn’t spend Christmas together - she went home to Australia instead. She was due to go to an art festival in December with him but cancelled."

Macpherson also has two sons with her former fiance Arpad Busson: Arpad Flynn, 14, and Aurelius Cy, 9. She was previously married to photographer Gilles Bensimon from 1986 to 1989.

But we doubt Elle will be taking too much time to wallow: along with hosting "Britain and Ireland's Top Model," Macpherson will be hosting the upcoming NBC show "Fashion Star."
