The New York Post's Page Six reports that actor Emile Hirsch was involved in an altercation with a Paramount Pictures executive, who claims the actor assaulted her.
According to Page Six, police were called to Tao nightclub in Park City, Utah, around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, where the actor was partying during the Sundance Film Festival. According to witnesses, something happened between Hirsch and the executive, who told security she had been assaulted.
A source told Us Weekly that the exec was looking into pressing charges against the actor on Monday morning. When reached by The Huffington Post, a representative for the Park City Police Department said they had no comment on the matter, but that it was under investigation.
So far no arrests have been made.
A rep for Paramount Pictures declined to comment on the incident, while Hirsch's manager has yet to respond to request for comment at this time.
