Everybody's crazy about Emma Stone! Not only has her Crazy, Stupid, Love co-star Ryan Gosling said that, "Emma is everything all the time; there is no one like her," but now Jim Carrey's jumped on the bandwagon by professing his love publicly for the star of The Help. Who wouldn't love Stone? She's beautiful, stylish and fit! While Stone has always said that she hates fad diets and refuses to succumb to them, she believes in regular exercise. Read on for her favorite workouts that keep her in such good shape.
Emma Stone's Workout Routine
1. Rock-climbing. Stone has always said that she likes to be outdoors as much as possible while she's working out. One of her favorite things to do is go rock-climbing at the Chelsea Piers in New York.
2. Pilates. Stone is frequently spotted going in and out of a studio in El Lay (she's also a fan of weight-training!).
3. Walking. When Stone is in Hollywood and can't go indoor or outdoor rock-climbing, she takes long walks or jogs to get herself moving and the blood flowing.
While Carrey's affirmation of love for Stone might be bordering on creepy, we can't really blame him. Whatever she's doing, it works!
