What's worse than going to jail? Losing your employer-sponsored benefits, apparently.

Given the choice of losing employee benefits or spending a night in jail, 64 percent of men and 56 percent of women would choose a night in jail, according to a recent survey by Ask.com.

The study, which asked 2,094 workers their views on employer benefits, also found that retirement/401k matching is the most important benefit to workers. Single workers also are more likely to care about personal time off than their married or divorced counterparts.
