Enaut Zubikarai Fail: Gonzalo Castro Scores After Sneak Attack In Mallorca Win Over Real Sociedad (VIDEO)

Merely saying that Real Socieded was blown out by Mallorca when the teams tangled in the second leg of their Copa del Rey round of 16 pairing is an understatement. The 6-1 scoreline loss was humiliating enough (especially because Sociedad was winning 1-0 at first), but that final tally hardly captures the ignominious nature of this defeat. Perhaps the only moment that does this loss justice is Mallorca's fourth goal of the match when Real Sociedad goalkeeper Enaut Zubikarai was not aware there was still a Mallorca player behind him.

After controlling the ball near his post , Zubikarai waited and tossed the ball to himself as he prepared to clear it. But Mallorca's Gonzalo Castro was waiting behind him and pulled off a sneak attack. The defender came out of nowhere, took the ball away from the goalie and scored on the empty net. That one will probably haunt Zubikarai.

The six unanswered goals knocked Real Sociedad out of the tournament.
