Model Estella Warren is reportedly "blinded and shocked" over allegations she took a phone belonging to actress Jaime Pressly's assistant at a party in California over the weekend.
The fight between Warren and Pressly happened at Hollywood's Bootsy Bellows on Friday when the "My Name is Earl" actress confronted the model about the missing phone (originally reported as a missing purse). Pressly reportedly said Warren had stolen her assistant's phone from an earlier house party, but Warren denied it.
The fight never turned violent and Pressly reportedly only got involved to help her assistant, Us Weekly later reported. "Jaime was trying to get it back," a source told the magazine. "She wasn't aggressive, but she was forceful." The police were called to intervene and the incident took hours to resolve.
The former "Planet of the Apes" star now says it was all a misunderstanding.
Warren was left "blinded and shocked by the allegations" of theft, and confused as to why anyone would think she would steal a phone, according to Global Grind.
Global Grind reports Warren grabbed the wrong clutch from the house party and left hers behind. Pressly's assistant's phone was lost in the shuffle and was later tracked to Warren at Bootsy Bellows with a "find my phone" app. Warren didn't know she had the wrong phone. She wishes Pressly and her assistant the best.
Neither side pressed charges after the fight, according to the New York Post.
The Huffington Post previously reached out to Pressly's rep, but no response has been given.
