The strength of Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's prenup is about to be tested in a big way.
Prior to their 2007 wedding, the two reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement, which TMZ is reporting both now want enforced.
So what's the problem?
In her divorce filings, Longoria requested spousal support--something that is entirely within her rights to do, but apparently runs counter to the terms of the prenup.

Did Tony's decision to file his own divorce papers in Texas stem from fear that the terms of the prenup were in jeopardy? (Filing in that state apparently reduces the chances that the agreement won't be enforced).
