Rumors have been swirling for months that Eva Longoria and Mark Sanchez have taken their relationship to the next level, but the couple has remained tight-lipped about their personal lives -- until now. Longoria stopped by "Extra" this week and confirmed, albeit reluctantly, that she and the New York Jets quarterback are indeed dating.
"You're an a--hole," Longoria joked while chatting with "Extra" host -- and one of her best friends -- Mario Lopez.
Hey, if anyone could get her to dish about her love life, it's Lopez.
"No, Mark and I are, you know, fine. We're happy just dating," she continued.
Rumors that Longoria and Sanchez were seeing each other first popped up in the summer, after the former "Desperate Housewives" actress was spotted out with Sanchez in his New Jersey neighborhood. However, the pair claimed at the time that they were just friends.
Longoria's new romance with Sanchez follows her June breakup with pal Penelope Cruz's brother, Eduardo Cruz. The pair called it quits for good in June -- after breaking up once in March -- having dated for a year and a half. Sanchez, meanwhile, was last linked to Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton.
