Everly Tatum: Channing Tatum And Jenna Dewan-Tatum's Baby Girl

Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, have confirmed the birth of their first child.

The couple took to their websites to announce the arrival of their daughter, Everly, who was born on Friday, May 31.

“Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Channing Tatum are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Everly Tatum, who was born on May 31st in London. Sending love and light to Chan, Jenna, and Ms. Everly!”

News of the Tatums' baby girl broke on Sunday, with Us Weekly reporting that Dewan-Tatum, 32, had given birth at a London Hospital last week.

The new parents, who met on the set of "Step Up" in 2006 and tied the knot in July 2009, are ready for anything, though Tatum, 33, admitted that raising a child will be an adventure for him.

“I have never changed a diaper before, so I may need some help learning,” Tatum told People earlier this year. “I don’t have friends who have kids, so it’s going to be an interesting experience to learn how to change a diaper. I hope I don’t have any problems where the diaper falls off and the baby poops on the ground.”
