Do you have tasks in your business that you don't necessarily need to be the one to do? What about tasks that are mundane or that take away from your creative time? As a mom who raises her kids during the day and works on her business during naps and after bedtime, my time is PRECIOUS to me, and I began to resent these tasks. They were time sucks and were literally stopping me from growing my business.
