Brad and Kimberly are deadlocked over custody of their three kids, with each hurling accusations at the other.
Kimberly claims Brad constantly curses her out, calling her vulgar names, and also has been threatening to the point she has taken out three restraining orders against him. Brad says Kimberly is hateful, vindictive, abusive, manipulative and cruel. He claims it all revolves around money and says, "Kimberly treats the kids like they're pawn pieces on a chessboard."
