Jaw-Dropping Parkour Stuntman Alexander Rusinov Cheats Death In Photos You've Got To See To Believe

Well, This Is Not Your Typical Workout.

It's not often that we advise readers not to try a workout at home. But this is one of those times.

Daredevil Alexander Rusinov, a Russian gymnast and Parkour enthusiast, takes extreme workouts to a whole new level by performing his handstands and other acrobatics on some of his hometown's most dizzying architecture.

Drawing inspiration from Parkour videos, Rusinov started practicing his stunts on a local playground and was soon posting videos to YouTube of his extreme antics, the Daily Mail reported. In the description for his most recent clip, he said it proves "that I can trust in myself and my own strength," HuffPost Weird News reported.

Go ahead, trust your own strength. Just maybe keep your feet a little closer to the ground.
