Fan Video Of David Ortiz Grand Slam Brings You Inside Fenway Park And It's Awesome (VIDEO)

Here Is A Fan's Amazing View Of David Ortiz's Grand Slam

For those stuck marveling at the most recent postseason heroics of David Ortiz from afar on Sunday, here is one fan's close-up view from inside Fenway Park. When Ortiz came to the plate with the Red Sox trailing the Tigers 5-1 and the bases loaded in the eighth inning of Game 2 of the American League Championship Series, one fan with a superb seat -- and, apparently, the sense to hold his camera phone horizontally -- recorded the game-tying grand slam. Even better, this field box auteur captured the amazing reaction throughout the ballpark.

"Just pandemonium," was how Red Sox catcher David Ross described the scene in the home dugout to Jason Mastrodonato of MLB.com. "People going crazy. High-fiving. People screaming."

By the looks of this video, the reaction in stands just as crazy.

An inning later, the crowd at Fenway would go wild again as Jarrod Saltalamacchia drove in Jonny Gomes with Boston's winning run.
