Early last month, Farrah Abraham spent some time in a medical facility in Omaha, Neb., to undergo a breast augmentation surgery, and now the "Teen Mom" and sex tape star is heading to another one for a completely different reason -- to deal with her alcohol abuse.

The 22-year-old, who was arrested back in March for a DUI with a 0.147 blood alcohol level that was almost double the legal limit, tells RadarOnline that she is checking into the Lukens Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., where she will undergo counseling over the next 10 days. While she was placed on six months probation and ordered to complete an alcohol education course due to her arrest, Abraham said at this time in her life, she needs "to stay focused on the positive to get through all of the negative that a DUI has caused in my life" and thinks rehab will be the place to do it.

"I'm 22 and I want to make better choices and ensure I can recognize when I am putting myself in a bad situation next time," the single mother of one revealed. And as for her 4-year-old daughter, Sophia? Radar also reported that she will be under the care of Abraham's father, Mike, during her stint in Florida.
