What's your favorite dinosaur? Do you love the carnivorous T. Rex, with its massive head and tiny hands? Or is the spiky stegosaurus more your style?

It's hard to pick a favorite, but that's exactly what we asked people who participated in our recent poll to do.

HuffPost Science picked five of the most charismatic dinos and pitted them against one another to see who would come out on top. Pick your favorite below, and you can see how YOUR selection compares to other HuffPost readers, and YouGov's pool of people across America.

Need a little more info before you make your decision? Check out how the dinos stack up side-by-side below. Did you know that the apatosaurus weighed 2,000 times as much as the velociraptor? Or that the stegosaurus lived millions of years before the T. Rex?

The HuffPost/YouGov poll was conducted Oct. 1-2 among 1,000 U.S. adults using a sample selected from YouGov's opt-in online panel to match the demographics and other characteristics of the adult U.S. population. Factors considered include age, race, gender, education, employment, income, marital status, number of children, voter registration, time and location of Internet access, interest in politics, religion and church attendance.

The Huffington Post has teamed up with YouGov to conduct daily opinion polls. You can learn more about this project and take part in YouGov's nationally representative opinion polling.
