There are so many exciting stars on TV in the 2013-2014 season, but which ones are the critical favorites?

HuffPost TV rounded up 19 of the top TV critics in the country to talk about some of the hottest stars coming to a TV near you. From a sitcom legend making a return to the small screen to a "Party Down" alum and a tall, gangly funnyman both finally reaching leading star status, there are plenty of familiar faces here. But don't be fooled by all the returning players -- there are also some relative newcomers who are legitimate stars to watch.
